“I have the same philosophy for life and work: always grow. I’ve been fortunate to find a good balance by exploring personal interests, acquiring skills, and following my passion to help others.”
In 2016 Mary Beth joined LCM as Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist and has become the firm’s first Contract Manager. With a strong background in architecture and experience running her own business she is uniquely suited for her dual roles. Assisting small businesses in account collections and office administration in previous positions also helps her contribute to LCM’s success.
As Contract Manager, Mary Beth plays a critical role in the firm’s strategic business decision-making. Attention to details, superb record-keeping, resourcefulness, and high performance expectations are vital to her effectiveness. She reviews contracts for profitability and liability issues and is involved in contract negotiations and modifications. As a key contact with clients, she is persistent in upholding financial contractual obligations. An organized problem-solver, Mary Beth has established procedures for LCM staff to ensure that professional services are contractually documented. Deeply immersed in office operations, she enjoys interacting with people in all areas of the practice.
A quest for learning and new experiences steers Mary Beth in many directions, including racing her Honda Type R. From a BS in Architectural Studies to a Massage Therapy License she has pursued many interests during an eclectic career. But her choices are always motivated by a desire to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives. That attitude shines through in her work at LCM.
