Kim wears many hats as she manages the operations of an office that has doubled its staff during her tenure.

Our Controller with nearly 20 years of experience in the architecture industry, Kim has been at the heart of LCM’s financial and overall office management since 2003. Overseeing the staff and operations of the accounting department, Kim has been instrumental in establishing systems and tools for achieving the firm’s business objectives. She is a valued advisor for not only accounting functions but every aspect of running a successful business efficiently, from people to procedures.

Kim enjoys coming to work every day because she likes being part of an architecture firm with a unique purpose for being in business: Making the quality of life better for people with disabilities by ensuring equal and barrier-free access to places to live, work, and play.
