George Mendez, RA, CASp

George is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Methodical and detail-oriented in his approach to any project, he is an asset to LCM’s ADA consulting group. “Details are essential to any good design. It’s especially important to get the details right”, he suggests. As a California Certified Access Specialist (CASp), George conducts compliance reviews and prepares inspection reports to identify noncompliant conditions affecting buildings, paths of travel, walkways, and building entrances for many facility types. His daily work is an opportunity to apply his preferred practical problem-solving approach to make spaces more usable for everyone.
