Seeing the company grow while keeping its character as a close-knit, collaborative group of creative and compassionate individuals has been my greatest reward.
Ana is primarily responsible for accounts payable and receivable at LCM, although she has performed every administrative task to keep the business running smoothly since joining the firm in 2005. She remains essential to all office functions to this day.
Formerly a teacher in Germany, Ana came to Chicago via her first U.S. stay in Boston. Chicago’s architecture and quality of life were its greatest attractions, and it fitting that Ana’s first and only job in the city is with an architecture practice. Since she started at LCM the firm has steadily grown from a staff of 14 to 50, and she is pleased to be part of that achievement.
