The multifamily development sits on a 437,300 square feet heavily sloped site. The proposed plan has one 4-story, and three 5-story buildings, and a 2-story clubhouse. Studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments total 282 dwelling units. A 10,000 square feet commercial space with an adjoining plaza along the street fosters a harmonious connection with the surrounding community.

Designed with young professionals in mind, the 9,000 square feet clubhouse includes a fitness center, yoga room, golf simulator, café and lounge area, indoor and outdoor games, and a pool with grilling pavilions. Outdoor landscaped spaces include a community garden, a children’s playground, and a dog run.

Rusticated and cultured stone, board and batten, and stucco finishes articulate the buildings’ exteriors. Channel glass used along building staircases enhances their verticality and casts a soft ethereal glow in the evenings. Xeriscaping strategies are used to ensure a more sustainable development while creating a distinctive landscape.

With a focus on preserving the natural beauty of the area, the design safeguards the existing wetland while creating a scenic walkway for residents.
