LCM’s design features an ambitious array of amenities on a relatively tight site. The clubhouse offers an indoor fitness center, indoor and outdoor games, spa and poolside deck, outdoor grilling and dining areas, dog walk, dog washing and grooming. The masterplan includes a total of 194 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwelling units, top-floor lounge and decks, leasing office, parking garage, and a 2000-square-feet retail space.
The building is a five-story wood structure wrapped around a precast concrete parking garage. The client’s vision for an urban feel inspires a modern facade with hints of Southwestern Spanish style using black and white stucco. The elevations are designed to break up the large mass of the building into distinct elements that work together in harmony.
The design takes advantage of its strategic location near major thoroughfares and nature trails as well as shopping and dining options of the P83 entertainment district.
A trailhead station with bike tech on-site supports the convenient use of an adjacent bike trail that extends all the way to Phoenix. Private balconies and two top-floor lounge and deck areas capture scenic city and ballpark views for all residents.
