LCM Architects planned and designed Revolve at Ballpark Village, a multifamily development in Goodyear, a booming suburb of Phoenix. The plan includes two 3-story walk-up buildings, four 4-story elevator buildings, and a clubhouse on a 14-acre site.
LCM Architects planned and designed Revolve at Ballpark Village, a multifamily development in Goodyear, a booming suburb of Phoenix. The development is located on an expansive tract adjoining Goodyear Ballpark, a spring training facility for major league baseball. Revolve is located directly north of Solace at Ballpark Village, also designed by LCM.
The plan includes two 3-story walk-up buildings, four 4-story elevator buildings, and a clubhouse on a 14-acre site. One-, two-, and three-bedroom units comprise the 355 apartments in the development, each having its own private balcony. Parking garages and shades are provided in addition to surface parking.
Residents can take advantage of many amenities, including an outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, indoor and outdoor games, grilling and dining pavilions, indoor and outdoor games, a playscape with free-form terrain, and a dog run. Water features are integrated into the landscaping.
Stone, stucco, and wood finish are used to articulate the building exteriors, reflecting the natural characteristics of the Sonoran Desert environment.
