LCM Architects planned and designed Revolve at Ballpark Village, a multifamily housing development in Goodyear, a booming suburb of Phoenix. The plan includes two 3-story walk-up buildings, four 4-story elevator buildings, and a clubhouse on a 14-acre site.
The multifamily housing development sits on a spacious area adjoining Goodyear Ballpark, a spring training facility for major league baseball. Revolve is situated directly north of Solace at Ballpark Village, also designed by LCM.
The plan includes two 3-story walk-up buildings, four 4-story elevator buildings, and a clubhouse on a 14-acre site. The development consists of 355 apartments with one-, two-, and three- bedrooms, each with a private balcony. In addition to surface parking, parking garages and shades are provided.
Residents can enjoy various amenities, such as an outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, grilling and dining pavilions, indoor and outdoor games, and a playscape with free-form terrain. There is also a dog run and water features integrated into the landscaping.
Stone, stucco, and wood finish are used to articulate the building exteriors, reflecting the natural characteristics of the Sonoran Desert environment.
