LCM consults with Hilton Worldwide on the interpretation and application of ADA Title III Accessibility Standards and requirements. We have been helping the international hotel group manage ADA compliance for its vast portfolio since 2011.
Hilton brands include boutique, resort, luxury, timeshare, and micro hotels that cater to a broad audience of vacationers, business travelers and cost-conscious patrons. LCM has surveyed hundreds of Hilton properties to assist in renovation efforts to provide accessible facilities. We have assessed guest rooms and suites, restaurants and bars, event spaces, swimming pools, golf courses, outdoor activity areas, and spas and fitness centers to confirm access by persons with disabilities.
LCM developed an ADA Design Guide, which specifies how a Hilton brand hotel is to be designed, constructed, or altered in accordance with ADA requirements. Other ADA consulting services for Hilton include:
