LCM consults on ADA Title III accessibility standards with private commercial businesses that serve the public. We suit our accessibility services to the schedule, fiscal, and manpower priorities of each business.

For many of our clients with multiple sites, we design and manage programs to survey anywhere from 10 to over 10,000 properties and identify accessibility barriers. Our expert surveyors assess facilities and prepare thoroughly documented barrier removal recommendations to help decision makers with immediate and long-term asset planning.

We also offer classroom and field instruction to train teams tasked with completing survey field work on the client’s behalf. LCM team members compose the curriculum and all collateral materials needed to support the trainees.

Classroom interaction also is an option for clients who want to educate their in-house designers, project managers, facilities staff, or contractors about accessibility requirements and practices. Training can also be effectively accomplished through videos, design guidelines, or webinars produced by the LCM team.

LCM has the architectural expertise to implement remediation measures and certify projects for compliance upon completion. We also review architectural plans and conduct field reviews to verify compliance.
