LCM Architects planned and designed Revolve at Ballpark Village, a multifamily housing development in Goodyear, a booming suburb of Phoenix. The plan includes two 3-story walk-up buildings, four 4-story elevator buildings, and a clubhouse on a 14-acre site.
The project scope involves repurposing a large swimming pool, among other areas, into open-concept, flexible, and technologically advanced learning spaces.
The 11-acre community development comprises three apartment buildings and a leasing office. In tune with the client’s vision, the design incorporates exciting amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, grille pavilion, pickleball courts, clubroom, lounge, business center, and indoor fitness center.
LCM is designing a new facility for a Center and School for Students that are deaf-blind. The new, two-story, 24,131-square-foot structure is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification. The design features inconspicuous details based on the Principles of Universal Design, considering a wide range of abilities.
