LCM Architects planned and designed Revolve at Ballpark Village, a multifamily housing development in Goodyear, a booming suburb of Phoenix. The plan includes two 3-story walk-up buildings, four 4-story elevator buildings, and a clubhouse on a 14-acre site.
LCM’s master plan for a 210-acre mixed-use site sets standards for its future development. The plan draws upon pre-war industrial architecture of the area while creating a contemporary ‘live-work-play’ community.
Phase II of the Field South Mixed-Use Development includes 2 four-story buildings featuring 99 two-bedroom apartments with balconies and commercial spaces on the ground floor.
The project provides technology and spaces for forward thinking learning within the modern architectural vocabulary of a 1966, Miesian-style building.
