Revolve at Thorncreek

LCM Architects planned and designed Revolve at Thorncreek, a multifamily development in Thornton, Colorado. The proposed plan includes four elevator buildings, two 4-story and two 5-story, and a clubhouse, totaling 332,800 square feet of built area. 

Berglund Construction Office

Berglund Construction hired us to build out their satellite office in the Fields South Development. The design incorporates its distinctive brand identity and showcases its portfolio, superior craftsmanship, and cutting-edge technology.

Fields South Residential Buildings Phase I

LCM designed the entire Fields South mixed-use community, including these two identical three-story multi-family residentials buildings. Each 39,000 square feet building houses 56 one- and two-bedroom apartments on the top two levels; retail and office spaces occupy the first floor.            

Northern Illinois University Gabel Hall

The project scope involves repurposing a large swimming pool, among other areas, into open-concept, flexible, and technologically advanced learning spaces.  

Freedom Transit Intermodal Facility

LCM designed a new headquarters and transit hub for Freedom Transit, the primary public transportation provider for the Washington County, PA area.

Mandarina Luxury Apartments

The 11-acre community development comprises three apartment buildings and a leasing office. In tune with the client’s vision, the design incorporates exciting amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, grille pavilion, pickleball courts, clubroom, lounge, business center, and indoor fitness center.

Revolve at P83

The master plan includes 194 dwelling units—two top-floor lounges and terraces. The client’s vision for an urban feel inspires a modern facade.

Center and School for Students that are Deaf-Blind

LCM is designing a new facility for a Center and School for Students that are deaf-blind. The new, two-story, 24,131-square-foot structure is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification. The design features inconspicuous details based on the Principles of Universal Design, considering a wide range of abilities.
