We are seeking an INTERIOR DESIGNER to join our team that can confidently communicate with the Client to assess the Client’s needs and execute a thoughtful and responsive design. Duties include participating in all phases of design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts for one or more projects under the direct supervision of the project manager, in a manner consistent with firm standards for project delivery.


  • Work closely with the project manager to execute design tasks.
  • Serve as project liaison, communicating with clients, consultants, and other contacts.
  • Lead design development and construction document preparation.
  • Support design team with building analysis, design concepts, drafting, and visualization.
  • Produce drawings, renderings, material/color boards, and presentation packages.
  • Conduct research of materials and equipment.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Encourage and mentor junior staff to complete project tasks and goals.

  • Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft software family.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and procedures, construction detailing, color and material selection, lighting design, and vendor/appliance coordination.
  • Strong verbal and graphic communication skills and excellent client relationship skills.
  • Able to survey/measure spaces, buildings and create accurate background drawings.
  • Knowledge of building codes and experience in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
