LCM Architects has been working with Cadence Health’s HealthLab on a series of phased renovations including the installation of a fully automated chemistry testing line along with renovation and improvements in Histology, Blood Bank, receiving and processing. HealthLab provides 24-hour clinical laboratory services for Cadence inpatients and outpatients as well as serving offsite physician offices, medical clinics, long-term care facilities and other health-related entities throughout the region. The changes at HealthLab will create an open and highly efficient laboratory. 

A key part of this planning process has been a phased approach to allow the laboratory to continue operation throughout the course of construction. The result is a step-by-step road map for the construction process with a total of 18 phases.
