Center for Enriched Living Floor Plan

Center for Enriched Living is a not for profit organization that offers daytime, after school, evening and weekend programs for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities that range in age from school age children to adults. Due to the success of the programs and the shortcomings of the current facility, the building has been planned for a complete phased renovation.

The programming phase included program observation, meetings with staff, and families, and included activities designed to elicit member participation. The planning phase used the information gained to improve the existing floor plan and increase the amount of program space dramatically. A new more open entry sequence welcomes visitors while providing a greater level of security. Improved circulation patterns define and separate administrative and program spaces thereby increasing the efficiency of operations.
